For estimates, an advisor reads the floor plan and a deterministic engine does the math, so the same inputs give the same numbers. Running
For permits, agents look up zoning and code, draft the application, assemble the packet, and track approval, not yet confirmed in use. Built, not running
For inspection scheduling calls, a voice agent places the call, asks a fixed set of questions, and logs the answers, outbound only today. Built, not running
